Rules

1. You must fill out the form with your name and country. Those are the only required fields.
2. If you have a website, it must be clean (so no porn, hate, etc) or it will not be listed.
3. If you have a website, you *must* put up one of the codes before or applying or your site will not be linked. [If a week has passed since you sent in your application and the code is not up, you will be added without your url, and it will be up to you to contact me when you have your code up and tell me to update your information!]
4. In the extra comments feild, please explain where the code can be found.
5. Fill out the form as completely and accurately as you can.
